Turn on Nokia X Dual SIM (RM-980)

Make sure Nokia X Dual SIM (RM-980) battery is full. 

Go to menu: Setting > About > Reset your Phone 

Nokia X Dual SIM (RM-980) will do the process to Master Reset to Factory Default, wait for several minutes.
